After more than 10 years, conductor Jef ten Kortenaar will be leaving our podium, and the GYMC expresses our deepest gratitude for his hard work and caring for the Junior and Intermediate string orchestra. Jef was part of the conductor search committee, helping to screen the eleven applications for the position, which narrowed down to live conducting auditions for four candidates over the past two Saturdays.
