The California Chamber Orchestra will celebrate the music of Latin America in a concert on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. "It started as a coincidence," said Dana Zimbric, the orchestra's Artistic Director and Conductor.
